Beat the heat and work up a sweat with free community workout classes hosted at Canal Place throughout August. Canal Place is partnering with Free to Be Power Yoga to host the Summer Sweat Series.
The class will feature Your Own Determination (YOD) programming, designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness, while creating mindfulness, and awareness of your body.
Sessions will take place August 1 with instructor Michelle LaCaze, August 8 with instructor Maggie Conley, August 15 with instructor Natalie Illg, August 22 with instructor Jen Meinen, and August 29 with instructor Krista Casale, in the comfort of the air conditioned space located on Level 3.
Classes are open to all levels and modifications will be provided as necessary. Sessions will begin at 6:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to claim your spot. Bring your own mat.
