Beat the heat and work up a sweat with free community workout classes hosted at Canal Place throughout July, in partnership with Pure Barre.
The Pure Barre technique is low impact to reduce joint damage, with full body strengthening workouts that feature concentrated stretching sections to promote long, lean muscles without the bulk.
Open to all levels. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
Registration 5:30 pm | Classes begin at 6:00 pm. Level 3 near Saks Fifth Avenue.
