The Pure Barre technique is low impact to reduce joint damage, with full body strengthening workouts that feature concentrated stretching sections to promote long, lean muscles without the bulk. Sessions will take place July 9, July 16, July 23 and July 30 in the comfort of the air conditioned space located on Level 3.
Classes are open to all levels and modifications will be provided as necessary. Sessions will begin at 6:00 pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to claim your spot. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
