We are seeking a dynamic, sneaker-savvy Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and driving sales in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. If you have a love for sneakers, a keen sense of streetwear trends, and a knack for building customer relationships, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, creating a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Provide detailed product information on sneakers and streetwear, ensuring customers find the perfect items.
• Assist customers with buying and selling sneakers, guiding them through our resale process.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about current sneaker trends, releases, and pricing.
• Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
• Assist with merchandising, restocking, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular customers to ensure repeat business.
• Stay up-to-date on exclusive drops, promotions, and store events to communicate effectively with customers.
• Contribute to store cleanliness and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales goals and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Helping with social media.
