Canal Place offers discounted parking at Premium Parking’s P400 Garage located at 333 Canal Place during mall hours.

There are several parking options near Canal Place and several businesses offer validation through the P400 Garage. To ensure you get the best possible parking rate when shopping at Canal Place, please follow the instructions below. Failure to follow these instructions will result in higher parking fees.

• Step 1: Enter the Premium Parking P400 Garage and use the Premium Parking app or scan the QR code displayed around the garage to pay. If you leave the garage without paying, you risk the chance of being ticketed or booted.

• Step 2: Visit the Concierge Desk on level 1 near Tiffany & Co. and present proof of purchase or combined purchases ($20 minimum) from any shop or food court location within Canal Place on the same day. Canal Place will validate your parking, and you will be charged a discounted rate based on the length of your visit. 

While Canal Place can still provide discounted parking through validation, if you use the kiosk to pay instead of through the Premium Parking app or QR codes, Premium parking will issue you a credit to use on a future visit to any Premium Parking lot. Your method of payment will be charged the full amount for parking as opposed to a discounted rate.
