The Canal Place Parking Garage is a public parking facility operated by Universal Parking located at 333 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, serving Canal Place, One Canal Place Office Tower, The Westin New Orleans, Prytania Theatres at Canal Place, restaurants, retailers, office visitors, hotel guests, and daily parkers.
Garage features include covered parking, in/out privileges, self-park access, ADA accessible parking spaces, elevators with 24/7 access, EV charging, visitor parking, monthly parking, and license plate recognition for daily parking.

Daily Parking
Canal Place uses license plate recognition and mobile parking sessions for daily parking.
Daily parkers should start a parking session after arriving, enter or confirm vehicle and payment information, select the intended parking duration, and confirm payment for the selected parking time.
Vehicles without an active parking session, or vehicles with an expired session that has not been extended, may be subject to enforcement.

Daily Parking Steps
- Enter the garage and park.
- Open the ParkwithU app or scan the QR code posted in the garage.
- Start a parking session.
- Enter or confirm vehicle and payment information.
- Select the intended parking duration.
- Confirm payment for the selected parking time.
- Apply any available validation to the active parking session.
Parkers with active paid parking sessions have in/out access, meaning they may enter, exit, and re-enter the garage during the same active paid parking session without starting a new session when they return.

Shop & Stay Validation
Canal Place offers discounted Shop & Stay parking validation during mall hours.
Shop & Stay 4 Hours: $7.00
To receive the Shop & Stay validation:
- Start your parking session after arriving.
- Visit Canal Place and make a qualifying same-day purchase.
- Bring proof of purchase, or combined same-day purchases totaling at least $20, from any Canal Place shop or food court location to the Concierge Desk.
- The Concierge Desk will validate your active parking session. The Concierge Desk is located on Level 1 near Tiffany & Co. Parking Assistance
